This Privacy Policy explains how justpasteAi collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit our website or use our app, including our blog, guide library, account system, checkout flow, and AI System Builder.
The current product includes public pages and blog content, account creation and login, a protected guide library, paid upgrades through Stripe, profile management, and a Pro builder that generates personalized setup instructions using Anthropic.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Email address and password when you create an account
- Profile information you choose to add or edit, such as your full name
- Builder answers and saved outputs, including your form responses, generated instructions, and generated prompts
- Payment-related information needed to manage access, such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, plan status, and billing dates
- Any messages you send us by email
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Session and authentication data stored through cookies used by our auth stack
- Theme preference or related browser storage used to remember light or dark mode
- Standard technical request data our infrastructure providers may receive, such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and basic request logs
1.3 Information from service providers
- Stripe sends us billing and subscription events needed to activate, renew, cancel, or downgrade paid access
- Supabase provides authentication and database services for account and profile management
2. How We Use Information
We use information we collect to:
- Create and secure your account
- Show the correct free or Pro access level in the app
- Save, restore, update, and delete your builder drafts and outputs
- Generate personalized builder results by sending the builder prompt you requested to Anthropic
- Process upgrades, renewals, cancellations, and billing history
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the service
- Respond if you contact us about support, privacy, or billing
- Comply with legal obligations
3. When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the app, including with:
- Supabase for authentication, session handling, and storage of profile and builder data
- Stripe for checkout, subscription management, payment processing, and customer portal access
- Anthropic when you use the Pro builder generation feature, because the prompt assembled from your builder answers is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the requested output
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that help us deliver and secure the site
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or our rights
4. Cookies and Browser Storage
The app uses cookies required for authentication and session continuity. The interface may also use browser storage to remember presentation settings such as theme preference. If you block required cookies, login and protected pages may not work correctly.
5. Billing and Payment Data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers in our own database. We do store limited billing metadata returned by Stripe, such as customer IDs, subscription IDs, plan source, cancellation status, and billing period dates, so the app can show your plan correctly and manage access.
6. Data Retention
- Account and profile data are generally kept until you delete your account or we no longer need them to operate the service
- Saved builder drafts and outputs remain in your account until you overwrite them, clear them, or delete your account
- If you delete your account through the app, we currently delete your profile row, saved builder outputs, and application-side account access
- Stripe may retain transaction and compliance records according to its own legal and operational requirements
7. Your Choices
You can currently do the following inside the product:
- Edit your name from the account page
- Manage or cancel an active monthly subscription through Stripe's customer portal
- Delete your account from the account page
- Clear saved builder data by starting fresh in the builder

8. Security
We use third-party services designed to support authentication, encrypted transport, and controlled access to stored data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
justpasteAi is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. International Use
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different privacy laws from your location.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
